Welcome to the web site of The Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee. We are pleased that you have taken time to learn about our schools.
The Lutheran high schools in Milwaukee are part of the nation’s first community Lutheran high school which opened in Milwaukee in 1903. Our mission to nurture and empower all students for their futures and for their lives as disciples of Jesus Christ has remained constant since 1903. Our facilities have improved and our instructional approaches have changed to reflect the growth in information and technology over the years.
We offer excellent teaching in the Christian faith and academic areas. The positive relationships that develop among students and teachers serve to nurture mind and soul. Our graduates are highly successful in business, community and military services, college, and professions. A large number of our graduates have also chosen to become pastors, teachers, or other full-time servants of Christ and His Church.
We welcome the continued support of our alumni, alumnae, and friends. By your support you will make sure your schools are here for another generation. Our development office manages gift opportunities, alumni information, and special events. Please contact them for more information.
We also welcome those interested in a Christian based education in the Lutheran tradition. Please review the information about all three of our schools. Contact the individual schools for enrollment information.
May God bless you with peace and joy in Christ.
In His Name,
Thomas M. Buck, Ph.D.
